Q 2 - What differentiates you from other realtors or brokers?
A 2 - We are not trying to sell anything to you. We are trying to help you solve a problem. We creatively tailor our approach to assist you in reaching your goals. There are lots of properties on the market. We believe that the important thing to remember is that it is not what you pay, it is what you get in return. We find deals that are not listed and we help our clients come up with creative solutions and deal structures that will benefit them in both the short term and the long term. You need to recognize that the true value of Fairway is measured by how much money you are able to save and/or make in the transactions that we structure or find for you.
Q 3 - What should I look for in a broker or realtor?
A 3 - The most important traits for your broker or realtor are honesty, hard work and practical intelligence. Honesty is important to make sure that you are getting a proper analysis of the transaction. You need to be able to trust the information that you are being given. Hard work is important because it means that your broker is working on your behalf and has the experience and training to handle your real estate needs. We try to offer our client a high level of service and communication to help achieve their real estate goals. Practical intelligence is important to take all factors into account. Many broker/realtors have the real estate knowledge and intelligence to handle certain situations. However, do they take into account items such as the true financial impact that the transaction will have on you? Do they weigh the time and expense involved in the solution? Or do they simply plow ahead with their sales efforts and provide you with little value in return.
